This course is designed for managers and leaders who want to develop a coaching approach to their management style. Over the two days we prepare participants to be able to engage in effective coaching conversations that increase performance using SONAR, a conversational coaching model. The SONAR model used doubles as a pure coaching model as well as a technique for a more structured developmental conversation.
