The programme is delivered during a memorable, fun, interactive yet highly impactive workshop using a simple but effective colour model that develops  individuals understanding of personality preference, their own and others.  It is this understanding that allows participants to immediately start using the skills, adapting their style in order to connect more effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and customers.  A key element of the programme is the completion of the Insights Discovery Personal Effectiveness psychometric that provides individual participants a wealth of information that will assist in their personal and professional development.

The programme can be delviered to intact teams across all levels of an organisation or to larger groups.  

The insights Discovery psychometric can also be used for indivudual clients who want to gain a greater understanding of their personality preference, this option includes a 1 to 1 coaching session to explore the content of their Insights Personal Profile.
